  The company is working for a neighbor in a private community with little concern for the neighborhood or the neighbors that are affected by their crews. They have no foreman on the site that is move earth and stones with large trucks, heavy equipment and large work crews. The site operates from before 7 AM til after 7 PM so the community around them is adversely impacted and the company doesn't seem to care. So they may do a good job, but your neighbor may be your enemies when they're gone.
