  Booked a couples massage for our honeymoon with 2 specific female therapists we had requested from a previous visit. When we showed up, the door was locked and the owner/manager was nowhere to be found. When she finally arrived to let us in 15 min after hour appointment was supposed to start, we were given 2 male therapists with the excuse that one of our original therapists was sick and the other's grandmother was ill. It was beyond obvious she was lying and making up excuses for booking things incorrectly (she was the person we spoke to on the phone to book).
  
  Despite the fact we were repeat customers and it was out honeymoon, no apology was given--just mumbling excuses. Needless to say we left and will never come back. There are plenty of places in EH (and nearby) for great massages that have honest and competent ownership/management. This one does not. Be careful that they're even open when you show-up after booking.
